"Our old patio was cracked in several places and, over the years, had settled and begun to slope towards our house, causing rainwater to drain into the basement. We asked several patio and stone places to provide us with a new patio design and drainage solutions. Groundtec was the one group providing a new design that best matched our (not formal) back yard. Groundtec then tore out the old patio, with minimal disturbance to the existing yard, and find a great clean-upjob, as they went forward. Groundtec also did an excellent job of laying new pavers for the patio plus a retaining area for the sloped area of soil off our patio and building a side/sitting wall. The stone cutters spent a good deal of time on the cutting and placement of pavers and also did a bit of extra work around our house foundation, to ensure a new moisture barrier was in place and drainage was proper. Would recommend this provider not only for their fresh ideas but also for their solid work ethic."
